Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type into the waitlist form, plus a few technical details:
- Your name, email address, role and (if you give it) organisation.
- The date and time you signed up, and the consent text you agreed to.
- Your IP address, country and browser type, used only to stop spam and abuse of the form.
Browsing the public pages sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers.
Why
To contact you about the Somnalab pilot, and to keep the form free of spam. We do not sell your details, share them for marketing, or add you to any other list.
Where it is kept
On Somnalab's own server in India, behind two-factor login that only the Somnalab team can use. Website traffic goes directly to our own server, encrypted with HTTPS using certificates from Let's Encrypt.
How long
Until the pilot has launched and we no longer need to contact you, and in any case no longer than 12 months after the pilot ends. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or have them deleted, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@somnalab.ai from the address you signed up with. We will reply within 30 days.
Clinical data
This website never collects health information or sleep recordings. The Somnalab product, when available, will have its own terms and consent process for patient data.
